It uses a motor to drive the fan blades to form a continuous vertical downward airflow barrier, also known as an air door curtain. How does a wall-mounted air Curtain Work?
After being powered on, the motor rotates at high speed first and drives the fan blades to rotate synchronously. The rotating blades do work on the air, drawing it in from the air inlet and imparting it with sufficient kinetic energy and speed.
Then, the accelerated air enters the air duct. The special structure of the air duct pressurizes and straightens the airflow, ensuring that the air pressure is evenly distributed when it reaches the air outlet and guiding it to the preset direction. The conventional air direction is vertically downward, and there are also inclined designs to suit different scenarios.
Finally, the airflow passes through the grille at the air outlet. The angle of the grille blades further precisely adjusts the direction and diffusion angle of the airflow, ultimately forming a complete and uniform airflow barrier.
This airflow barrier, relying on its own momentum and speed, can effectively counteract the natural convection of air caused by the temperature and pressure differences between the indoor and outdoor environments, making it difficult for outdoor air to penetrate.
